BREAKING: Republicans suffer an absolutely crushing defeat in New York as an appeals court orders the state's congressional map to be redrawn — siding with Democrats in a case could result in as many as SIX House seats flipping red to blue.

But the news gets even worse for Republicans...

Thanks to the judge, the Democratically-controlled State Legislature will get final say over the shape of New York's House seats for the remainder of the decade, a long time to solidify power.

The current Congressional district lines drawn before the ruling were put in place by a "neutral" appointed expert specifically to maximize competition in elections despite no indication that that's what voters want.

The "neutral" map ultimately helped Republicans flip four seats to seize control of the House. Among those expected to lose their seats under the new map is MAGA Congressman and pathological liar George Santos.

Republicans are insisting that they will appeal the decision, but it looks increasingly hopeless for them.

This ruling can be viewed as part of a much larger pattern of defeats the Republicans have been racking up over the past year. Several of their state parties are completely broke and the party's leader Donald Trump looks destined for prison.

Serves them right for embracing fascism and trying to overthrow our democracy.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is slammed with terrible news as it's revealed that authorities have made a MAJOR discovery in their investigation into his illegal mishandling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago.

According to people familiar with the investigation, two of Donald Trump's employees moved boxes full of paper the day before FBI agents and a prosecutor visited the Florida estate to recover the classified documents wielding the power of a subpoena.

Investigators view the timing as deeply suspicious and believe that it could be a direct indication that the crooked former president was attempting to obstruct.

What's more, Trump and his minions carried out a shady "dress rehearsal" for moving the documents before he even received the subpoena — indicating that he likely knew he had no right to have the documents in the first place.

All of these facts point towards Trump knowingly breaking the law. If proven, it would necessitate yet another indictment and possible serious prison time for the worst president in American history.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is publicly humiliated as an inside source reveals that the renowned Penn Club in NYC — the favored social club of Wharton business grads — has hidden their "controversial" portrait of Donald Trump behind a couch in the boardroom.

The club chose to "hide" the picture because some of the members absolutely loath the disgraced former president. It now resides "low on the wall, basically behind a piece of furniture."

The decision to obscure the portrait is particularly embarrassing because "Trump was a major funder" of the club and "legend goes he negotiated the purchase of the building" in addition to giving a "big donation too."

BREAKING: CNN is exposed in a humiliating leak as it's revealed that backstage before his interview, Donald Trump told the network's CEO Chris Licht that he was going to boost their ratings — Licht nodded and told Trump to just "have fun" with the interview.

Trump then proceeded to engage in his trademark brand of "fun," namely spreading lies about the 2020 election being stolen and smearing his sexual abuse victim E. Jean Carroll. His hateful supporters ate it up and he loved getting the free media coverage.

BREAKING: A former top prosecutor for Special Counsel Robert Mueller says that it's "just inexplicable" how Justice Clarence Thomas could have believed he was following the law while refusing to disclose the hundreds of thousands of dollars in travel, vacations, and tuition he received from Republican billionaire Harlan Crow.

"I think it's too early to say this 'Oh this is a criminal violation," but the issue for the department is is there enough there that you should be looking at it," said former prosecutor Andrew Weissmann.

He said that the "litany of money" that was given to Thomas is a cause for concern and judges should never do anything that has "even the appearance of impropriety" and he may have violated a "criminal statute.

Weismann said that it should absolutely be investigated.

BREAKING: District Attorney Fani Willis of Georgia's Fulton County drops subtle remarks indicating that she may soon bring charges against Donald Trump for trying to illegally steal the 2020 election.

While she said that she has not officially "made any decisions regarding charging" that she is "willing to make public at this time," she ALSO said that she knows "emotions are going to be high" when she makes her decision.

"People may want to do things that would be harmful," Willis added, which sounds a lot like her voicing concerns that MAGA insurrectionists will resort to violence when she indicts their cult leader.

"I always tell my staff if you stay ready, you don't have to get ready," she said. She explained that her office "won't do anything differently in this case than we would in others," meaning that Donald Trump will not be seen as above the law like he has been so many times in the past.

In case you need some good news, there's a chance Donald Trump could be charged with espionage.

Newly reported information reveals that Jack Smith has zeroed in on the type of documents Donald illegally removed from the White House--and then refused to return--including a classified map.

According to legal expert Dave Aronberg, who spoke with MSNBC’s Nicole Wallace, violators of the Espionage Act, or 18 USC 719 (e), could face up to ten years in prison. And there’s a strong case here.

Aronberg explains that if Donald was “unauthorized to have possession” of the map and showed it to others anyway, he’d be in violation of the statute.

Recently, it was reported that aides to Donald were asked questions about this map before a criminal grand jury.

This adds a new level of seriousness to Donald’s case because it potentially gives prosecutors physical evidence of his crimes: a proverbial smoking gun.

That means, the very real possibility Donald will not just be charged with but convicted of a crime just went way up.
