-सवाल जिला पंचायत से नहीं है क्यों समय पर परिवार रजिस्टर जारी नहीं नहीं किया गया ?

-सवाल मंदबुद्धि भाई से नहीं है कि क्यों बहन की मृत्यु का अपमान करते हुए उसका कंकाल ले आया ?

इस देश के मूर्ख एवं भावनात्मक व्यक्तियों को प्रणाम करते हुए मैं यह पोस्ट लिख रहा हूँ कि आप कितने मंदबुद्धि हैं जो एक लाश को दफ़नाये जाने के बाद उसके कंकाल के अपमान की बात उस मंदबुद्धि भाई से ना करके उल्टा बैंक से सवाल कर रहे हैं । कोई एक व्यक्ति मरा-

60 officers complain.
6 officers transferred.
Is this how whistleblowers are treated?

Around 60 officers reportedly submitted a written complaint against the Regional Head, Sambalpur Region, alleging abusive, threatening and deeply inappropriate behaviour.

Instead of visible action against the accused authority, six officers from among the complainants have reportedly been transferred to distant regions.

If true, this is extremely serious.

According to officers, the RM allegedly used the following statements toward staff:
• “Main kat ta bahut tej hun.”
• “Maa ke pet se nikla nahi thik se.”
• “Chaba ke kha jaunga.”
• “Itna door fekunga ki ghar bhool jaoge.”
• “Kaamchor ho tum, resign kar do.”
• “Tujhe Chaprasi banake mera cabin ke bahar bithaunga.”
• “Main aise hi DGM nahi ban gaya hoon, mera upar achha haath hai.”
• “Mera 20 saal naukri baki hai, main chahun to tum jis scale mein ho usi scale mein retire ho jaoge.”
• “Jorhat bhej dunga, phir pata chalega.”
• “Tum apne haath se resignation likhogi.”
• “Lady staff ko samne bitha ke dekhte raho.”
• “Lipstick laga ke office aate ho.”
• “People are getting married and becoming goody goody with branch staff.”
• “I will not only ruin your professional life but also your personal life.”
• “Mere paas hote to haath uth jata.”
• “Aisi jagah bhejunga ki hamesha yaad rakhoge.”
• “Tumhe football jaisa maar ke dusre region mein bhej dunga.”
• “Tum kamchor ho.”
• “Tum sirf baith kar time pass karte ho.”
• “Ghar mein baithkar masti chalu hai.”
• “Jisko complaint karna hai kar lo, yaad rakhna rehoge to mere hi paas, na dekh lunga tumhe.”

If even a fraction of these allegations are accurate, this is not strong leadership, this is intimidation.

Now the questions are for: @UnionBankTweets @dfs_india @FinMinIndia @RBI
❓Will there be an impartial inquiry?
❓Will complainant officers be protected from retaliation?
❓Will workplace dignity be ensured?

Transfers cannot become a tool to silence voices. Bank officers are professionals not subjects of fear.

If the allegations are false, conduct a transparent inquiry. If they are true, suspend pending investigation.

Silence will damage credibility more than truth ever will.
