@HMRCcustomers Its not a claim. You have made a mistake and now I have to pay to rectify a clear admin mistake by you. I clearly did not receive 43 weeks of jsa. That is legally impossible. Just sense check the demands you send out!

@HMRCcustomers @MrsMarv1974 Spent 2 hrs on hold only to get the dumbest "advisor" ever. You have made a clear admin error on my simple ass and demanding £500 in tax I do not owe. The "advisor" responded with I have never heard of simple ass and did the letter I read out to him come from hmrc??. 🤡
