@ChristyINSEL A4: My biggest piece of advice for both teachers and students is to give yourself grace! Take time for yourself, even if it is only 5 mins a day where u can listen to music, meditate, or to catch your breath! You cannot be productive and motivated if you are burned out! #INedchat
@ChristyINSEL A3: YES! I have definitely noticed that students and faculty are so much more open about their mental health and the importance of prioritizing taking care of your mental health! #INedchat
@FrankChikiIN@ChristyINSEL In our meetings we do some sort of activity that helps to promote mental health awareness in our school and community or we do some sort of mental health education activity or presentation! #INedchat
@ChristyINSEL A2: Our club has been having virtual meetings through zoom! We have also been doing a lot of work with our social media so we can be a constant source of education and positivity! We also have started virtual pen pal letters to be a source of encouragement! #INedchat
