Last year, the 49ers bullied the Bears 38–13 and held Chicago to just 162 total yards.
Chicago rebuilt the roster, but most of the core is still here and they haven’t forgotten.
Now the Bears are 11–4 while San Francisco is 10–4 and looking shaky.
Looking forward to Caleb and Ben handing Shanahan the L at Levi’s.
@HaHaDavis He literally was getting the ball 10-12 times per game in SEA and now he sniffs 4-6 per game. He’s probably frustrated seeing Darnold and Smith-Nijigba balling!
@TheJuiceTDGuy I agree with you about Aldon but I feel like we got to see fully what Aldon was capable of. I don’t think we ever saw Aiyuk’s ceiling. Aldon came back for the Cowboys and could still play even with taking several years off.
@MikeFinn49 Agreed! Did he carve up the Raiders? He was 50% completion percentage. 203 passing yards 1 TD and 1 INT and people are acting like he tore it up and earned the right to start for the rest of the season. I’ll be surprised if we lose this game. I’ll be stunned.
@49ersSportsTalk 90% sure. Browns record is 3-8 with a 3rd string rookie QB starting. They have a good defense but the organization as a whole is crappily run. If we don’t beat them then we are pretenders.
Brock Purdy has thrown 34 INTs over his first 40 NFL starts. Other QB comps:
Tom Brady: 34
Joe Montana: 37
Kurt Warner: 47

Patrick Mahomes: 19
Drew Brees: 37
