@SouthwestAir My active toddler son was at the airport for 4 hours!!!! No one communicated and explained anything!

My husband finally had enough and asked for customer relations number and he waited in line for an hour.

@SouthwestAir husband child and myself were all part of the wedding in Palm Springs and were not able to make it due to the fight being delayed. Atleast communicate options and alternatives available for those who ask for additional solutions. I asked numerous times

@SouthwestAir The lack of empathy from the staff at the gate was awful. Staff members were literally laughing and joking out loud as we passengers sat there confused looking for some sort of update. The staff simply did not care at all.

I missed my sisters wedding!!!

@SouthwestAir I flew with you guys a week ago and it was not pleasant at all as our flights was delayed 4 hours due to an exit bulb going out.
The communication with the passengers was very poor.

Thanks to the lack of communication, jokes being told and the lack of urgency! No simply cared.
