If you’re bringing up someone’s past when they have changed even taken accountability for their actions when the actions happened years ago, you don’t deserve to get to know the person who they are now.

“Oh ___ told me about you” okay? It’s not gonna stop me from doing what I do. They don’t need to prove to you anything. Stop holding someone’s past against them. No one’s past is perfect and we all have made mistakes.

Mind you I’m talking about things they have taken accountability for. Anything regarding grooming (with solid proof) and the like needs to be constantly addressed.
