왜 거래소에 책임을 묻는지 이해가 안되긴하네요
지금 UXLINK 같은경우 이상황 까지 온 계기는 UXLINK 재단의 보안 관련되어 발생한 사건입니다.
그로 인해 가격이 하락했고 국내거래소 (업비트 , 빗썸 , 고팍스 , 코인원) 4개의 거래소에서
즉시 입금을 중단했으며 다른거래소와는 달리 피해를 최소화 했다고 저는 생각합니다.
(물론 코인원 다른거래소와는 달리 아침까지 계속 입금이 열려있었습니다)

제가 의문점이 있는것은 스왑조건입니다.
22일 해킹전 스냅샷에 해당되는 투자자들은 1:1 스왑을 받을수있게됩니다.
그러나 스냅샷 대상자가 이후 매도를 했다면 다시 매도한 자산을 다시 받게됩니다.
( 이 조건자체가 거래소에서는 손실이 발생되는 조건입니다 )
해외에서도 이 조건으로 스왑했고 국내거래소 또한 이 조건으로 스왑을 해줘야 합니다
과연 해줄까요? 국내거래소가?

그리고 스냅샷 이후 구매자들 문제도 있습니다. 스냅샷 대상자들은 1:1 스왑조건을 받지만
스냅샷 이후 구매자들은 아직까지 정해진 비율 , TWAP 그런것이 전혀 공지가 나온적도없고 결정된것도 없습니다

아래는 해외거래소의 스왑 사례 입니다. (스냅샷 이전은 모두 1:1 이기때문에 기재하지않았습니다 이건 스냅샷 이후 대상 입니다)
Gate 거래소 : 50% 토큰 + 거래수수료에사용가능한 포인트 50% 2:1 스왑 (진행완료)
Bybit 거래소 : 스냅샷이후 구매자 기준가격으로 비례 모두 USDT 환불 (진행완료)
MEXC 거래소 : 스냅샷 이후 구매자 또한 거래소가 손실감수하고 1:1 으로 모두 스왑 (진행완료)
HTX 거래소 : 스냅샷 이후 구매자 및 입금건 재단에서 진행하는 스왑으로 진행 조건 (OLD토큰으로 전환) (진행완료)
Kucoin 거래소 : 1:1 스왑 (아직 진행되지않음)
Coinex 거래소 : 스왑없이 "거래종료"
OKX 거래소 : 스냅샷 & 이후구매자 모두 1:1 스왑 (진행완료)
Bitget 거래소 : 스냅샷 & 이후구매자 모두 1:1 스왑 (진행완료)
Bitfinex 거래소 : 마이그레이션 공지는 올라왔으나 현재까지 진행되지않음
Kraken 거래소 : ERC20 물량은 받았으나 아직까지 스왑공지 없음
Bitrue 거래소 : ERC20 물량은 받았으나 아직까지 스왑공지 없음

위 내용처럼 일부거래소는 동일한 스왑 일부거래소들은 다 다르게 스왑을 해주고있습니다.
토큰을 받으려면 재단과 합의가있어야하고 그래야 재단은 ERC20 토큰을 발행을 해줍니다.
과연 UXLINK 재단에서 요구하는 합의조건을 국내거래소가 해줄 이유가 있냐 그게 관건이라고 저는 생각합니다.
