Words preserve civilization. Stories give life meaning. I tell stories that explore the joys, sorrows, love, and struggles that define the human experience.
Hey everyone, I could really use your support! 🙏
I’m a Taoist from China and a lover of literature. I’d love to share the teachings of Taoism, spread its wisdom, and connect with people from different cultures around the world.
I’m hoping to grow my audience and reach more people, so every follow, view, and interaction means a lot to me.
If you’re interested in Taoism, philosophy, or literature, I’d be grateful to have you along on this journey.
Thank you for your support! ☯️❤️

I was jolted awake in the middle of a dream.
I honestly don’t know how to describe what I felt.
It was the absolute certainty that if I didn’t do something, I was going to die. Right then and there.
The terror was so intense that my body began to react violently. My hands and feet started twitching uncontrollably. My heart began racing, each beat harder and more forceful than the one before. I was breathing rapidly, struggling to catch my breath, with only one thought repeating over and over in my mind:
“Almighty Emperor Haotian, the God of our own Chinese tradition, please grant me, your most devoted believer, the chance to take back that foolish wish.”
I gathered every ounce of willpower I had, forced myself to get up, and went looking for my son.
I’m not exaggerating when I say this: he was the one who gave me the strength to carry on.

Honestly, it’s 1 a.m. in China right now.
I just woke up from a dream, and I’m not joking, my friends.
Just moments ago, I experienced a life-or-death moment in my dream.
A wise man appeared before me and told me I could return to the summer when I was eighteen. But there was a price: I would have to give up my life as it is now, leaving behind my wife and my baby, who is only fifteen months old.
To be honest, part of me was tempted. Who hasn’t made mistakes or carried regrets from their younger years?
But I’m a man now. I have a wife and a child who depend on me.
And I realized something: if I abandoned them, even if I got the chance to return to being eighteen, I don’t think I could ever truly be happy.
In fact, I might completely lose myself and fall into despair in that second chance at life.
Some regrets may follow us forever. But some things in life are simply too precious to trade away, even for the chance to start over.
What would you do, my friends?

Dear friends, I have a serious question for you.
Would you be willing to give up everything you have now, including your wife and children, to return to the summer when you were eighteen?
I’m being serious. If you truly had the chance to go back, would you take it?
