The refund hit, @classpass, for the record. So at least the final rep was right about that. But having had to go through that at all & then the weird ghosting & cut off support responses - I can’t recommend anyone use their own funds or their workplace wellness stipend on you. 😕

Finally got another chat support, they suggested running my card again. 🤨

I refused so they claim a refund is coming in 10 days.

Lesson learned: never use @classpass.
