Both of our @CareerReadyUK pupils have had a fantastic experience on their internships. Thanks to their supportive mentors at @Hub_Internation and @networkrail thanks also to Mr Dorrian for checking in over the last 4 weeks and going to watch their presentations this week
Our barista team had a great time teaming up with Roast HQ, Beyond The Bean and @eteaket and this event focussed on maximising revenue ☕️

💡 Chefs..mentor a chef while they’re still at school? pop in to Chef Zoltan’s classes ad hoc to pass on skills, then when they’re ready, to your kitchen for experience, they leave school and transition to real work as your apprentice.

Our school chef trainees learn to make restaurant and cafe products across the year, when ready they progress to their social enterprise Cafe on Sauchiehall street, by the time they’re 16 they’ve learned all corners of the kitchen, and had real experience!
