Current teacher pay for UPS3 in England: £43,685

Scottish teacher pay at year 6: £48,516

It takes many teachers at least 12 years to reach UPS3 (if they're able to make it at all)

I'm hearing lots of 🏴󠁧��󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 teachers saying theyre moving to 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
