Temporary Protected Status for Haitians should have ended long ago.

But thankfully the Trump 47 Administration did end TPS for Haitians and the Supreme Court has now affirmed that decision.

Had the Washington, D.C. District Court not wrongly blocked termination of the Haitian TPS (eventually necessitating Supreme Court review), this creep with a Massachusetts-issued commercial driver's license might have already been deported and this Pennsylvania state trooper's life could have been spared.

3) This Haitian illegal alien killed a good man — one of our citizens — a state trooper. He should be executed for his gross negligence. And the Eighth Amendment should be no barrier to imposing that penalty on any crime where someone dies.

4) Haiti and, if some NGO helped bring him here, both should be presented with the bill for the process of trial and execution under joint and several liability. That should include the cost of his execution, paying state prosecutors. public defender lawyers, plus an ample tort damages amount for his family, and his burial fees or the fees to return his body to Haiti, etc.

5) Finally, of course, Massachusetts gave him the CDL. The State that shipped illegals out of Martha’s Vineyard faster than your head can spin, after Governor DeSantis of Florida sent them there so the rich Dem fat cats living for a season in their third luxury home could experience a taste of their own medicine.
