Fixeda little bug on Hublaagram, no more "+" sign when using hublaagram comment.

Hublaagram likes are now increased to 50 likes per submit and hublaa liker also increased to 35 likes per submit.
We will increase it again when our users are growing.

which one do you prefer?
Geo likes disabled and get likes within 1-5 minutes. or
Geo likes enabled but the likes may take hours to completely processed?
currently i enabled geo likes but limited to indonesian and indian users, it takes 30-60 minutes to sending the likes. :/
