As a little teaser, here's some other stuff @RubenGallego and @EricSwalwell did during the 1-2 weeks leading up to their 2023 Super Bowl outing.

🚨Urgent Alert 🚨
There is a @AZHouseGOP caucus meeting this morning to discuss calling a Special Session of the AZ Legislature within the next few days.
This special session would focus on repealing the following:
• HCR 2040 (Military Families Scholorship protections)
• HCR 2048 (Union busting ballot referral)
• SCR 1032 (60% of education funding to be spent in classrooms)
These are amazing ballot referrals that the House and Senate passed at the end of the regular session on June 13th, now they are at risk of repeal.

🚨BREAKING: Sen. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ), who has repeatedly accused President Trump of corruption, used campaign funds to pay for luxury family travel to Miami, Chicago, Disneyland, and Disney World, according to Politico.
"He just spends his campaign account like it's his personal slush fund," a person familiar with the senator's spending told the outlet. "He's using campaign cash to live a luxury lifestyle."
SCOOP: Sen. Ruben Gallego repeatedly used campaign cash to fund luxury outings with his wife and to care for his children since launching his campaign for Senate in 2023, including attending the Super Bowl using a joint campaign account with Eric Swalwell.

The Board has wasted $750,000 of the taxpayer's money, so far, on a legal battle no one voted for. All that time @JamesRogersAZ has represented my office Pro Bono, at no cost to the citizens of Maricopa. He's a true champion for election integrity and the rule of law.
The proposed anti-school choice initiative would disrupt the education of 20,000 ESA students with special needs (who make up 20% of scholarship recipients), taking back scholarship funding already awarded to their families. That's not right. Decline to sign!
Colorado is about to make it a lot harder to exercise your Second Amendment rights.
Starting August 1, 2026, Colorado will ban the manufacture, sale, and purchase of many semiautomatic firearms that accept detachable magazines unless specific requirements are met under the new state law.
Before that deadline, anyone wanting to purchase one will be required to complete a state approved firearms safety course. Depending on the course, reports indicate training could range from roughly 4 to 12 hours.
Colorado already has magazine restrictions and red flag laws. Now the state is adding another layer of government permission between law abiding citizens and a constitutional right.
As a Marine Sergeant and Benghazi Warrior, I carried a rifle in combat. I train people every week at @DCFGuns on safe, responsible firearm ownership and use. Voluntary training is smart. Education saves lives.
But mandatory government classes and government approval as the price of exercising a constitutional right is a dangerous precedent. Rights should not depend on whether the government decides you have completed the latest requirement.
Real public safety comes from prosecuting violent criminals and actually holding people accountable for their actions. Putting them behind bars instead of back on the streets seconds later. A weak legal system is what’s driving our crime up and destroying our society. When you have no accountability for your unlawful actions or childish behavior, there’s no reason to stop.
It also comes from fixing mental health failures, opening up mental hospitals, and actually backing the men and women who put on the uniform every day.
Colorado families should stay informed, stay engaged, and understand exactly what these new laws mean.
Stay informed. Stay ready.

CPW I talked to you about this last year and you said you would NEVER do this again… you said you’re hunting and fishing permits being sold were down after sponsoring the parade last year and that you learned your lesson so why are you doing this again????
Democrats, you’re the ones fear mongering and straight up lying about the SAVE Act.
You scream it “suppresses votes” and will “disenfranchise millions” while you block a bill that simply requires proof of U.S. citizenship to register and vote in federal elections.
The Founding Fathers were brutal on this. They demanded stakes in the country, local verification, and oaths because they feared foreign interference, corruption, and mob rule destroying everything they built.
John Adams warned that free elections can be corrupted by outside influence and anything improper getting into the process.
We can’t go back to 1780s property tests today. Foreigners buy property and a lot of working Americans can’t afford homes. But we sure as hell can demand basic proof of citizenship.
The SAVE Act does that. It strengthens election integrity. It makes non citizen voting and fraud like harvesting and double voting a lot harder.
You’re not defending democracy. You’re defending a broken, weak system that lets outsiders and cheaters in.
The House passed this bill. The Senate blocked it again on June 4.
Stop the disgusting fear tactics. Stop protecting a system the Founders would have called reckless. Pass the SAVE Act already.
Only citizens decide America’s future.

🚨 BREAKING: LEGAL UPDATE
Yesterday, I filed an emergency motion with the Court after armed sheriff's deputies appeared at the homes of three Recorder's Office employees and informed them they were under criminal investigation.
This began after Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell acted on false allegations made by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and the Elections Department against my employees.
What was their alleged offense?
Attempting to use equipment County records show was purchased entirely with Recorder's Office funds and is owned exclusively by the Recorder's Office.
The same equipment the Court has already found was unlawfully taken from the Recorder's Office.
This is the most extreme escalation in a long campaign of retaliatory actions taken by the Board against my staff.
Over the last year, the Board has repeatedly targeted Recorder's Office employees with false accusations, personal attacks, and retaliatory actions for doing their jobs. Multiple members of my senior staff have required outside counsel to defend against malicious actions taken against them by the Board. My employees have been threatened, doxed, and publicly accused of misconduct for simply carrying out their official duties under Arizona law.
This is not cooperation. This is retaliation.
🚨President Trump could now sue Democrat Rep. Veronica Escobar into poverty for FALSELY claiming Trump was "FOUND GUILTY OF RAPE by a jury of his peers."
She NEEDS to be held accountable.

“Tiffany Justice read from explicit books.”
Yes, I did. Watch my lips when I’m reading and you can see me say dildo and vagina.
I stopped at one point and asked @ScottPelley if he wanted me to continue. He said yes, if I wanted to.
So I did.
Incest, rape, pedophilia- multiple excerpts, multiple books, and @CBS cut all of it.
We showed evidence of passages of explicit sexual content found in elementary to secondary public school libraries and @CBS hid all of it.

Republicans have the power to set a particular date as Election Day going forward. They have the House, the Senate, and the Presidency. Common sense Voter ID and a mandatory Election Day would be the end of the Democrat Party.
Why won’t they do it?
