i'd like to analyze these confetti from the perspective of someone who works in PR

i was shocked when i got my hands on these. if my boss had told me to make a concert souvenir like this one, i definitely would have told them there are other ways that would save more time and effort.

because these could only be sorted and packaged by hand. 8 different confetti designs x tens of thousands = hundreds of thousands of sorting steps (big shoutout to the staff behind the scenes as well). he could have just printed them all together on a sheet and added tear lines, so we could tear them apart ourselves.

but he didn't. because that would have taken away the meaning of the confetti. he knew haitangs would love them.

i totally get him though, wanting to personally oversee every detail, wanting to bring every idea in his head to life. this isn't the kind of work that can be accomplished simply by delegating.

but at the same time, i also feel so exhausted on his behalf. never taking a break, and handling everything himself.

the concert was filled with a lot of easter eggs, from the large-scale stage visuals down to the emojis in the subtitles. just as one of the backing vocalists said, 'it feels like he's never rested'

the effort he put into this concert is waaaay more than what we could ever see

but that's just who he is. even with countless shortcuts he'll always choose the one that seems like the most trouble.

because sincerity is priceless.
