If you have a 5th grader remaining at Northwest Elementary, and other children in kindergarten through 4th grade rezoned to a different school, you also can fill out the Hardship Application to request your other children stay at Northwest with your 5th grader.

5th Graders are grandfathered in and will remain at the Hudson Elementary campus, as a student of Northwest Elementary.. If you would like your child to go to their newly zoned school, you can fill out the Hardship Application.
