@AChillGhost I had one in Georgia but when relocating to Ohio I applied for ID before I had a second ‘paper’ evidence of new address (had insurance card on mobile, had welcome letter from utility but not first bill, etc) therefore could not get real id in Ohio. Have a passport so who cares?
