@AskAIB I can't log in to AIB Mobile banking app on phone or computer - in a constant loop of setting up SCA / 2FA. This is incredibly frustrating - can someone please help?
@RevolutApp can’t access app. Trying to submit new documentation to verify identity. Doesn’t recognize pin or phone number. “Something went wrong message” appears. Help???
@ThreeCare When will your website/app be functional again? Trying to buy a phone but have been unable to for the last few weeks. Your team then said they will process it but there has been no change at all. Very shocked at the terrible service

Been trying to buy a phone from your website for weeks now and it keeps crashing. Nearly all done today but then it wouldn’t give me the option to transfer my number, saying it wasn’t possible?? Tried three chat that said available M-F but then not available?

@TeamKnowhowUK customer service option are very limited, won’t let me talk to any person and the options aren’t what I want. My order is a 13 digit reference number starting with 3 letters. According to the tracker online it says my laptop has been delivered but it has not.
