If I’m Amorim, I would be having a reluctant conversation with myself that needs to be had. If he doesn’t get the players he needs and is owed, then I would seriously consider protecting my reputation and future. He has an average PL squad right now who have to deal with a level of scrutiny and critique unlike anyone else in the league, if he doesn’t get a couple of quality players then this has a very predictable end. Utd put pressure on Amorim to succeed, he needs to do the same to them.
