@bendavisnbcs Back in the 70s, Lenard Koppett a columnist for the Sporting News, proposed making 3 balls a walk. Forcing pitchers to be more accurate. In more ways than one, I believe this would improve the game.

It will take months to inoculate everyone for Covid. Can we de-mask once we get the shot? At what point does social distance become unnecessary? Everyone is already frustrated. It will only increase soon.

@Daddy_Wheels He was short and overweight. At some point in the game, Paul would play Hava Nagila. This guy would bounce up out of his season ticket seat and jump around in the aisle. I’m sure he called it dancing. It looked more like demon possession or fire ants in the pants.

@Daddy_Wheels Who was the guy that sat behind the Phillies dugout at Connie Mack? He was always there dressed in a rumpled light grey suit. It could have been sears sucker. You couldn’t really tell from where we sat. Then there was the misshapen pork-pie hat smushed on his head.

I love these talking heads on TV reporting from their home. What about the cameraman, sound man, satellite dishman, and the truck driver? Wouldn't it better meet the STAY HOME request, if the star went to the studio?
