@RNN_RoyalNews I was looking at how Meghan was holding LiLi. I know when I carried my daughter, and now my granddaughter- their little arms around my neck if I’m front carrying like she is- or they are on my hip with an arm around my neck or resting on my shoulder. This looks odd.
