@MBonvoyAssist just got hung off by a customer service person and he provided me a wrong information. The only thing wanted updating my parents name for a reservation with my e-certificate just as instructed from Marriott booking website.

@canadaposthelps okay that's good to hear. The business is scheduled to open back in June 1st which could be changed and the delivery agent wouldn't be able to know. I don't think the delivery person will check everyday. Is there a way to arrange pick up instead?

@AirCanada The government changed travel advisory 'Exervise a high degree of caution' to South Korea but Air Canada still applying regular penalties? I hope Air Canada takes more consideration into Canadian residents health and safety rather than profit maximization.

@AirCanada Korea has the most number of Coronavirus cases beside China (not including the cruise in Japan). I already hate to cancel my vacation but you guys currently charging regular penalties. I think it should be updated for people's health and safety?

@AM_Escucha what a way of business Aeromexico Running. more than doubled up price is "your fare" when you can't board on original flight you booked. Bravo Aeromexico this surely will be shared positively.

We thought that getting robbed twice was bad enough, but clearly @Aeromexico doesn't. We had no other way to get home & they still charged us change fees & made us pay twice for a flight we already paid for. We didn't have an upgraded class. Hope our story doesn't happen to you.

when you see flight ticket price Mexico City to Seattle at $700.00 but @Aeromexico charged more than $1,500.00 because they know we couldn't get on board due to my id was robbed. Although this circumstance, they casually charged difference fee+ penalty to make the most profit.

@AM_Escucha I actually disagree because we saw Flight Mexico city to Seattle at $700 at your website. We got on the same flight we had to Mexico City. Just instead of flying further to Vacounver and Calgary we flew to Seattle only. You guys charged more than $3,000.00 for that.

@TELUSsupport as far as i remember, a tech person who visited last time said my house doesn't have a pipe which he can run fiber cable through but not 100% sure. I hope I can get detail information what is exactly needed to install Telus Fiber Optic and who can prepare that.

@TELUSsupport i was supposed to have a tech person to come install TV and Fiber Internet. He checked last installation attempt note and mentioned, if there was no change, he won't be able to install and didn't come.
