@SamsungUK wow, what a pity your support team is useless these days. Brand new Galaxy Book3 Pro 360, 8 days old, sound stopped working, and 6 hours to try unsuccessfully to find the right person to help me? Oddly your refund process is tip top. Pity, it was a beautiful laptop.

@SamsungUK No thanks. The main reason I bought direct from you, the supplier, was that I would get actual support if something went wrong. I was wrong. A shop would have replaced it within 1 working day, not 10 to 14. Also, no longer have confidence in your laptops if they die after 5 days.

@SouthernRailUK I did check journeyplanner, and it shows trains to horsham, but when you click details every single one of them says “Journey overtaken by earlier train”. Please show me the revised timetable that has East Croydon to Horsham. I need to plan my work and life.
