If it is confirmed that Franklin Humberto Coral Garrido, known as “@Betocoralg ,” acted as a spy for the DNI in the United States, he could be exposed to some of the most serious offenses under the U.S. federal criminal system. Depending on how the facts are proven, espionage charges can carry penalties ranging from lengthy prison sentences to life imprisonment due to their severe impact on national security.

Today, once again, as an American citizen born in Colombia, I call for an investigation into @GustavoBolivar, one of Beto Coral’s closest associates, who frequently visited him here in Miami. @GustavoBolivar is widely known in Colombia for supporting and promoting the so-called “Primera Línea,” a group that brought chaos, violence, death, and destruction during the protests.

What is even more concerning is that he has never shown remorse for the harm caused to thousands of victims; on the contrary, he has publicly stated that he would do it again. Furthermore, through his social media accounts, he has threatened to report American citizens like myself simply for speaking the truth.

Let him do it.

However, I respectfully but firmly urge the authorities of this country to take action, thoroughly investigate these matters, and consider adding @GustavoBolivar to the OFAC list, just as has been done with other individuals who pose risks to security and public order.

The United States must not become a safe haven for those who promote violence, intimidation, or potential actions against national security.

Solicitamos formalmente la revisión del visado de la ciudadana colombiana @ladeloscrespos debido a los siguientes motivos que se evidencian en el video adjunto:

1. Incitación al caos: Promueve abiertamente la desestabilización social e incita a no dejar gobernar al presidente electo @ABDELAESPRIELLA.

2. Apología al terrorismo: Es una abierta admiradora de Alfonso Cano, el fallecido cabecilla del grupo guerrillero FARC que tanto daño le hizo a Colombia.

3. Incoherencia ideológica: Mientras promueve discursos radicales de izquierda, utiliza los beneficios de una visa para vacacionar en los Estados Unidos.

Consideramos que una persona que respalda dinámicas violentas representa un riesgo. Pedimos respetuosamente que se evalúe su acceso a su país.
