If we could make enough noise, we could compel COA to do a motu propio special audit on Davao City’s Peace and Order/Confidential funds from 2010 to 2022. Dyan magkakaalaman kung gaano kalala ang corruption sa Davao City. COA already flagged the spurious eleven thousand job order employees in Davao City, based on the 2014, 2015 and 2017 COA reports. Now you know why Duterte threatened the lives of COA auditors when he was still the president.
