A few years ago, I used to have a hyper-pop channel point redeem. One chatter would constantly save points to redeem it and only submit Taylor Swift ballads. I had to finally tell them these songs don’t fit the redeem, and if I do play it at 2x speed, the only redeeming factor would be the lyrics and even they are not profound. Pick something else. They never came back and I was kinda relieved. They also only sent me Taylor Swift karaoke songs for my birthday stream and it kinda ruined the whole segment.

Swifties: Not every setting is perfect for a Taylor Swift song. In fact, I’d argue the only setting that would be perfect would be background music while you’re shopping at a department store. Or if you’re a Mom, and you popped open a fresh bottle of Pinot Grigio to hang out on the deck with your girls~ shimmying your shoulders on the way in to pour everyone a glass. Like those seem like perfect settings.
