Thought I'd (re)introduce myself 👋

I'm Hugo, and I've been a digital bricklayer (aka pixel builder) since 2005, at 13. I've come a long way from taking screenshots of stacked images in a Word document to make what I considered designing.

After all these years of being self-taught, my natural talent really lies in not just knowing "the tech" but in creatively using them together in efficient ways.

My curiosity led me to master:

🔍 Operations: Discover hidden inefficiencies in your business and optimize processes you didn’t even know could be improved. (A client worked with me knowing it was the only way for him to get past 7 figures.)

🤖 Automation: Save time and reduce human interaction by connecting tools together. (A client freed up over 40 hours from his weekly calendar.)

💡 AI: Cut down work hours and minimize errors by integrating AI platforms and APIs. (A client automated over 60% of his business operations, the rest was mostly delegated to virtual assistants.)

💻 Web Development: Build efficient and lightweight solutions coded like Pieter Levels. (Check out my MVP agency: https://t.co/igfIzTyn6g)

📊 Google Sheets: Use spreadsheets like you never thought possible with custom functions via Apps Script. (A client manage his entire portfolio of crypto investments and returns.)

📈 Analytics: Get insights into your business performance and know where to focus efforts. (A client got to know with dashboards which sales channel to double down and which steps of the funnel to improve for maximum cost efficiency.)

📢 Marketing: Push the boundaries with underground strategies. (Worked as growth hacker for a major Canadian corporation generating millions.)

✉️ Cold Emailing: Build a robust email infrastructure to scale your outreach. (A client infrastructure was sending up to 2M emails monthly.)

🔧 Tool Selection: Find the perfect tools to meet your business needs. (A called me his "encyclopedia of tools" as I always knew which tools for his needs.)

If you or someone you know is looking to innovate and grow their business, let's connect!

People may think llms.txt and .md pages are useless

But... I disagree!

It's extremely helpful to know what pages to scrape to extract full documentation

LLMs.txt as sitemap and .md files as direct export into a single file

Then, import that file in NotebookLM

Thank me later

What people don't say is the challenge is not in the content creation but in the account management

Platforms like TikTok are constantly tightening the rules to prevent people from having account farms.

You can only have so many account "legally" then it's "black hat" zone

it's literally this simple to run an army of AI UGC creators

[ֺHugo Hamel @HugoHamelcom]

@deifosv Yep, having this cross-platform setup is one of those that gives you the most reality check 😅

Cursor has become terrible

It's now extremely slow, timeout all the time, and is leaking memory

How on earth have they ruined the product this much!?

People like this are the reason why we can't have free things

Anyone building something for free put efforts into it

Yet some rotten apples of the society are always there to ruin it for everyone else

Just an extra reason to not make things free and charge something:

Pay up!

I'm going to go mad!

Something that took maximum 1h before now takes a full day

What the hell is going on @Cursor_ai!

Once again, abusers are penalizing the majority

@Google added a limit on extensions per account

Then you have to request a limit increase (not guaranteed they will accept)

I guess that's what platform risk is all about...
