Turns out we’re strong on integrations + pricing, weak on enterprise/security stuff.

Which is annoying, but also very useful.

🚨 FOUNDERS: HELP 🚨

My SaaS funnel is looking... grim.

People are signing up, starting scans, setting up projects and running prompts.

But right now we’re at 0 trial / paid activations.

Looks like users are bouncing around the “start free trial” step, so the job now is reducing friction and making the value obvious earlier.

Tiny sample size, but already useful.

Advice very welcome from anyone.
