@MrTrapattoni@Ryan01020304061@Warboysells I hate those guys. They lie to themselves to justify their poor choices. Nobody wants to be fat. I just don't like the pontificating from accounts that judge people for "cheating" to lose weight. Who cares, it's their choice. Obviously many use it incorrectly but many don't also
@MrTrapattoni@Ryan01020304061@Warboysells But if it's a case of, keep being fat because it's clear that you don't have the willpower or capabilities to exercise regularly, or..jab and lose weight..I reckon the latter is the better option
@MrTrapattoni@Ryan01020304061@Warboysells Well maybe. You don't think people didn't enjoy being fat or tubby before social media? It's pretty famously something that has plagued peoples body image and health for decades, maybe even centuries. I'm not going to argue the merits of losing it without drugs that's obvious
@MrTrapattoni@Ryan01020304061@Warboysells A lot of people use it as a reset to undo years of excess eating and lack of exercise. Using jabs just to gain it back and then going on it again like popping a nurofen when you've got a headache is not wise of course
@MrTrapattoni@Ryan01020304061@Warboysells I go to the gym about 3 times a week mate. I just dont care what others do to achieve their goals. My misses lost a lot of weight using jabs post pregnancy and looks amazing. She wanted to keep it off so started running. It also completely changed her eating habits being on them
@MrTrapattoni@Ryan01020304061@CoachCookRuns@Warboysells Source: Your mind.
Even if you're right. Who actually cares? Let people be happy and lose weight. What's this crusade to make people do it their way. You want to lose weight by running, go ahead
@Ryan01020304061@Warboysells Who tf the cares. They lost weight and countered future health issues. Consequently, studies show more people than ever go to the gym and exercise. Your estimations of how many people go and if they're on jabs seems to draw from observations within your circle?
@Ryan01020304061@Warboysells Now you've got a "magic pill" and people are losing weight and countering a future of illness and poor fitness. Whether it's the right way to do it or not according to hard working gym goers..it works and it's going to save lives. And probably many are combining it with exercise
@Ryan01020304061@Warboysells I'll be honest. These kind of statements really wind me up. People have endless reasons why they can't or don't want to go to the gym. Work, family, injuries, or maybe they just don't have that motivation to go.
