Base64 decoder — that same string paints Huh Cat.
That is the inscription. Solana V1 (SIMD-0385) went live this morning at epoch 1035 (~01:00 UTC). Solscan says this mint was created ~16h ago, which lines up with that window.
The one wrinkle (so it doesn’t get called fake)
DEX/Solscan current metadata uri is IPFS (bafkreidsxxk2eko…). https://t.co/tqTP0l6pvo overwrites the display field after mint. Anyone who only opens the token page will see a link and think the site is lying. The proof is the initialize instruction, not the live metadata field.

$HUHCAT — THE THESIS

$HUHCAT was launched with a simple narrative.

Shortly after launch, the original dev closed their position. The X account linked to the project subsequently appeared to go inactive.

When $HUHCAT retraced from its ATH, the easy thing would have been to walk away.

Instead, a group of holders decided the narrative was worth fighting for.

The community took over.

But here’s what makes $HUHCAT different.

THE INSCRIPTION

Before $HUHCAT became a coin, the original dev was experimenting with Solana’s new V1 transaction format.

The Huh Cat image was first inscribed on Solana testnet as a proof of concept.

Then V1 went live on Solana mainnet.

Minutes later, the exact same image was inscribed on mainnet.

Not a link.

Not a CDN.

Not an external image hosted somewhere else.

The actual image was written into the transaction.

And then it became $HUHCAT.

The Token-2022 metadata contains:
