@totalcurtis @CloudwaterPaul@FermentHQ I like to support independents but if consistently good product is being offered at a more reasonable price by mainstream breweries I will buy that too. I can’t afford to buy the independent stuff all the time.
@cloudwaterbrew Huge problem is a micro style has now become representative of the whole style. Swathes of breweries have cropped up just to suit new to ipa drinkers craving juice. Existing breweries have also pampered to this need. Brewers are backed into a corner at risk of reviews like above
@cloudwaterbrew Descriptions are key. I rarelt enjoy an NEIPA or NEPA but if it’s balanced they can be good. I just wish it was always clear from the can whether the beer is going to be heavily hazy and cloudy etc.
@jaegawise @DrAnnieGray @BBCTwo @GosnellsMead @Lucy_Worsley That sounds really interesting. I’ve always loved the idea of trying some authentic historic beer for comparison purposes but also suspected I’d be disappointed. Good to know!
Our grandad has been missing for over 2 days now We are all extremely worried about him If you see him he might be confused but you will know its him because he looks like a startled turnip Please RT
I am truly honoured to receive this Petr. My own role in your struggles with Goliath was only a small one and, as we read too many reports of takeovers and closures, your hard won freedom to brew magnificent beer without interference is good news for us all.
Free of new trademark disputes with brewing giant Anheuser-Busch InBev & attempts to buy them out, #Budvar's impressive brewery expansion will take production up to 2m hectolitres exporting to 80 countries. LOVELY new beer #Budvar33 slightly darker & more hoppy than the original
