インドはイスラエルからドローン、ミサイル防衛システム、偵察機器などを大量輸入する最大級の顧客。
共同開発や訓練も行われ、インドの軍事近代化を支えています。

【テロ対策・安全保障の共通利益】
・両国ともイスラム過激派テロと戦っています。

インド側 vs パキスタン系テロ組織

ラシュカレ・トイバ（Lashkar-e-Taiba、LeT）
パキスタン国内に拠点を置くイスラム過激派組織。
2008年のムンバイ同時多発テロ（約166人死亡）の実行犯として最も有名。

ジャイシュ・エ・モハンマド（Jaish-e-Mohammed、JeM）
LeTと並んでインドが強く非難する組織です。
2019年のプルワマ攻撃（CRPF兵40人死亡）などを実行。

【パキスタンも主に自国内のテロ組織と戦っている】

パキスタン vs 自国内テロ組織

Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan（TTP、パキスタン・タリバン運動）
パキスタン北西部を拠点とするイスラム過激派の連合体。
2007年に結成され、政府転覆とシャリーア法施行を目指して治安部隊や民間人を攻撃。パキスタン軍が大掃討しましたが、2021年以降勢力を回復し、テロが継続中。

Balochistan Liberation Army（BLA、バローチスタン解放軍）などバローチ分離主義勢力
南西部バローチスタン州で活動する民族分離主義武装組織。
パキスタンからの独立を求め治安部隊を標的に攻撃。
パキスタン政府はこれらをテロ組織として指定・掃討しています。

If Iran genuinely abandons its hostile policy and shifts toward a pro-Israel direction (or at least a non-hostile, pragmatic, and interest-based approach), Israel could make a significant contribution to Iran’s development.
In particular, technical cooperation in the water and agriculture sectors holds high potential to directly improve the daily lives of Iranian citizens.

As history demonstrates, the two countries have a proven track record of cooperation in the past, and there is strong geographic and economic complementarity between them.
A good relationship would depend on the political will and realistic calculations of mutual interests on both sides. If Iran makes a pragmatic choice that prioritizes “its own development and the interests of its people,” Israel would have sufficient incentive to respond with corresponding cooperation.

By ending its proxy wars (especially with groups like Hezbollah) and its hostile policy toward Israel, Iran would undoubtedly help make human unity stronger and more solid.

Date: 19th to 20th century
In cases of serious injury or major surgery, blood is extremely important for saving life. But in the past, people did not clearly understand how to help someone who had lost a great deal of blood. The major change here was blood transfusion.
Early attempts often did not go well. That is because blood has different types, and not everyone’s blood can simply be used for anyone else. As blood types were discovered and methods of storage improved, transfusion gradually became a safer and more useful part of medicine. Its importance in wartime medicine was also very great.
As blood transfusion spread, the chances of saving people with severe blood loss became higher than before. When more lives can be saved, the power of medicine itself becomes stronger. Knowledge about how the body works, and how to help it, once again became something that directly supported human life.
Blood flows invisibly inside the body, and in daily life people may not often think about how important it is. But when we look at the history of transfusion, we can see how deeply helpful it can be to understand the hidden workings of the body. Knowledge can become a force that connects one life to another.

なお、トルコの人々の親日感情は以下のように養われました。

【19世紀末の交流の始まり】

1887年：日本の小松宮彰仁親王夫妻がオスマン帝国（現在のトルコの前身）を訪問。

1889年7月14日：オスマン帝国皇帝アブドゥルハミト2世が返礼として、親善使節団を軍艦エルトゥールル号（乗員約600名）で日本へ派遣。目的は明治維新後の日本との友好・平等条約促進など。

1890年6月7日：エルトゥールル号が横浜に到着。明治天皇に謁見し、親善を深める。

【1890年：エルトゥールル号遭難事件（友好の起点）】

1890年9月15日：日本出発後、台風に遭い、9月16日に和歌山県串本町（紀伊大島・樫野崎沖）で座礁・沈没。約581名が死亡（または500名以上）。

地元住民（串本町の人々）が嵐の中で命がけで救助活動を行い、69名の生存者を救出。食料を分け与え、看護し、亡くなった人々を丁重に埋葬。

1891年：日本政府が生存者を軍艦「金剛」「比叡」でイスタンブールまで送り届ける。

この日本人（特に地元民）の無私の行為がトルコ国民に強い印象を与え、日土友好の基礎となりました。事件現場には慰霊碑があり、毎年追悼式典が行われます。

【1920年代以降：外交関係の樹立と近代化での相互影響】

1923年：ローザンヌ条約でトルコ共和国が成立。

1924年8月6日：日本とトルコが正式に外交関係を樹立（2024年で100周年）。

トルコのケマル・アタテュルク（ Atatürk ）は日本の明治維新を近代化のモデルとし、教育・軍事改革などで参考にしました。日本側もオスマン帝国の改革を注視していました。

【1985年：イラン・イラク戦争時の「恩返し」】

イラン・イラク戦争中、テヘランに取り残された日本人（約200-215名）をトルコ政府が危険を顧みず自国航空機で救出。

トルコ大使が「エルトゥールル号の借りを返しただけ」と語り、95年越しの恩義を象徴。この出来事は両国で大きく報じられ、映画『海難1890』（2015年、日土合作）にも描かれました。

【その他の強化要因】
2011年：東日本大震災でトルコが真っ先に支援（約100億円相当）。

経済・文化交流の深化（戦略的パートナーシップ）。トルコ世論調査では日本との友好意識が非常に高い（例: 2012年調査で83%超が友好関係と回答）。

共通点として、両国とも非欧米の近代化成功例として互いを尊敬する文化的な親近感もあります。

【意見が分かれるテロ事件】

1976年8月11日、イスタンブール・イェシルキョイ空港（現在のアタテュルク国際空港）で発生したテロ攻撃

主犯はPFLP（パレスチナ解放人民戦線）で、日本赤軍（JRA）の関与を指摘する資料もありますが、実行犯として特定されたのはPFLPメンバー2名。

エル・アル航空（イスラエル国営）のボーイング707便（テルアビブ行き）にバスで機体へ移動中の乗客らに手榴弾を投げつけ、サブマシンガンで無差別に発砲。

死者4名（イスラエル人観光客2名、日本人ツアーガイド1名、米上院議員補佐官1名）、負傷者約20名。

トルコ警察との銃撃戦の後、2名の犯人が投降・逮捕されました。彼らはPFLPのメンバー（Mohamed Mehdi、Mohamed Husain al-Rashid）と名乗りました。

PFLPの目的：イスラエルに対する報復とパレスチナ解放闘争の宣伝。エル・アル航空の乗客（イスラエル関連）を標的にすることで、国際的な注目を集め、パレスチナ問題をアピールする典型的な国際テロでした。当時、PFLPはハイジャックや空港攻撃を繰り返しており、日本赤軍をはじめとする左翼過激派と連携していました。

日本赤軍の関与：JRAはPFLPと共闘関係にありました（1970年代に共同で訓練や作戦を実施）。JRAはPFLPの支援を受け、中東を拠点に活動を展開していました。

※トルコの人々は反イスラエル感情を持つ人が多いので、この日本赤軍（テロリスト集団）がPLFPと共闘しイスラエルへ攻撃を加えた出来事から、親日感情を抱いていた人も居る。

だからこそ、日本がアメリカと仲良くしているのを知るとトルコの人はショックを受けがちなのです。

トルコの人々の反米感情は、以下のように段階を踏んで「確信」へと変わっていきました。

アルメニア人虐殺（1915年〜）
※オスマン帝国（現トルコ）において多数のアルメニア人が強制移住や組織的な殺害によって死亡した事件です。犠牲者は100万人から150万人、あるいはそれ以上とも言われ、歴史学上「最初のジェノサイド」とされています。

※トルコは一貫して「虐殺（ジェノサイド）」という言葉そのものを否定しているため、アメリカがこの言葉に触れるたびに猛反発が起きてきました。

※当時〜2010年代：アメリカ議会が虐殺の出来事を認めようとするたびに、トルコが「大使召還」や「基地使用制限」をチラつかせて脅し、アメリカ政府が平謝りして宥めるというトラブルの構図。

1964年：アメリカは同盟国（トルコ）を平気で見捨てる国だと知る（ジョンソン書簡）

1974年：アメリカはトルコの安全保障を妨害する国だと知る（武器禁輸）

2003年：アメリカはトルコの国益を壊し、誇りを踏みにじる国だと激怒する（イラク戦争・袋事件）

2014年〜現在：アメリカはトルコの敵（クルド武装勢力）を支援し、国家を転覆させようとしていると不信感が頂点に達する（近年の動向）

2021年以降：他の問題（クルド支援やロシア接近）で両国関係が最悪になったため、アメリカがトルコへの配慮を完全にやめ、アルメニア人虐殺を正式に「ジェノサイド」と認定したことで、修復不可能なレベルの傷がトルコ国民の心に残った。

このように、1960年代の冷戦期にすでに「アメリカは信用ならない」という土台が出来上がっていたからこそ、近年の事件で反米世論が爆発的に燃え広がることになりました。
