Uganda recently hosted the NAM conference, demonstrating support for the Palestinian people. However, behind the scenes, it is widely known that @KagutaMuseveni has close ties with Israel. Judge Sebutinde's statements simply reflect the demands of the Museveni regime, which maintains very strong connections to Bibi and Israel. In fact, Israel has supplied surveillance technology to the Ugandan government for purposes such as monitoring the opposition, among other resources the regime has utilized to maintain its authority. This dissent even though in the minority on the ICJ will undoubtedly please the state house and @KagutaMuseveni's regime.
