the HRT that's used may just be what it needs in order to expand like the pelvis does (which is another reason why these models are terrible)

They play the same as their c1sgendered counterparts.

It solely relies on the idea that trans people are an MTF only thing. But trans men exist, and people who fall outside of that binary, such as I, exist too.
