Humansoft Holding held its Annual General Assembly Meeting (AGM) on Monday, March 9, 2026, for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. During the meeting, shareholders approved the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends of 275% (275 fils per share).
