The citizenship and passport -

Facts :-
1. Passport was never the proof of citizenship stand alone ..
2. The passports acts 1967 was passed by congress goverment and till now nothing has changed so it's not BJP Goverment fault at first place ..
3. Bombay HC already quoted that Passport alone no proof of citizenship in back 2013 that time also congress was governing india..
4. section 20 of Passports act 1967 already mentioned that it can be issue for people who are important for India's interest so it can't be citizenship proof alone ..

Now comes what is the proof of citizenship of India...

1. if you born in india than your birth certificate is automatically turns your citizenship proof ..
[Birth certificate is the real proof]

2. If you don't have birth certificate than

[[[[[ COLLAGE of various paper will count as proof of CITIZENSHIP]]]]]

a. 10th Marksheet
b. your father's and grand father's details of living in india ( rashan card, Domicile, Gas card , Bills , voter id ,Khasra ,khatauni, land ownership )
c. Proof that your family tree was born here with various data accords such old rashan card, Electoral role ,, Land and tenancy record ,Marksheets of your father and forefather, PRC , RRC or any gov issued licence of that time, Gov service or employment certificate , Bank or post office accounts , Board/University/School Data, Court records etc
d. Group of people in your Village who has verified their citizenship that group of people can verify and gave statment along with the signature of sarpanch than certified by tehshildar as affidavit paper ..
e. any other legally accepted documents

Various of way to tell that you are citizens india but for that single documents couldn't be took as proof of citizenship but it has some sufficient supporting documents too..

Important part
1.Aadhar card - Your identity
2.Birth certificate - Your Birth place as well as citizenship
3.10th / Matriculation marksheet - Your birthdate Only
4.PAN card - You have account in india which is connected to various banking system as a proof of legal finance identity because it can provide to foreign identities too ..
5.Passport- Travel identity that you are traveling under the flag of India whatever happen with you will see as a indian traveler person not as a citizenship at first place ..
6.Voter id - It's a voting right eleibilty proof for above 18 so directly it can't be citizenship proof because under 18 citizen couldn't get it..
7. Father's details document if you have

After all this information let me say this in a bold again if you have collage of that document only than you are a citizenship single card can't be a proof of identity but collage of various documents which I mention from 1 to 7 if you have 4-5 thing it will be sufficient but proof of birthplace should be in that 4-5 things ...

Final words if anybody really wants one card than go to office of home ministery and apply it with all supported document you will get "The Indian Citzenship Card" which you can call citizenship card.. !!

[Special Mention to AIFF and Sports Ministry::-- " no body wants their country to see their team loosing again and again so if you need fans, Spectators or Funding,Branding or want to build profitable Commerical structure including Bharat's integrity, Determination and fighting sprit in world biggest sport than start adding Indian Origin players in national team which can amplify team performance 100x so atleast we could see competitive team and this is the only way to grow faster because grass roots doesn't gave us anything in last 30 year and doesn't seem to give us in next 30 year also so if you seriously want to do something than add Indian origin player As soon as possible" ]

@ProfesorKalinga Although it's not totally correct whatever this cricket and society handle wrote but one thing you have to accept that where football is actually competitive in nature Specially in Europe and South America,, Authorities have created legal barriers so that Indians can't evey get proper competitive culture outside Asia that's hurting more..

It's simple equation if Bharat actually wants to change something in football than we have to inject players in top clubs of the world and right now Indian nationality holding player can't play at the top so identify 20 players which can took India's ranking under 70 than homegrown clubs should compete under age 15-16-17 in the world level club tournament to sold out prodigy of india to various top tier clubs only than it could sustain otherwise if you think grassroots can compete in world level than it's not possible..

After 25 Years When you will see the Bharat of that time then everyone will be going to think that what was the turning point of Bharat and only answer they will get that time is "The West Bengal Assambly Election 2026" was the turning point...

After 2050 Bharat either remain Bharat as thriving Civilisational, Cultural, Economical and Military Power ...;-
Or
As Defaulted system where economy, Culture, Family value systems, Historical Pride, Cultural Knowledge all will be finished & where freedom, scientific temperament, women rights and cultural heritage all thing will be either banned or vanshied from there..!!

West Bengal Already gave verdict and 4th may 2026 is announcement day so be prepared for historical day because it will go down in history as one of the most Important day Ever..

When Photos; of PM sir Playing Football is going viral and making headlines and i am feeling this the right time to callout the real problems of Football that's why this is open letter to our PM Sir..,,,,

Honourable PM @narendramodi sir ,, With due respect sir, Football is the biggest sport on planet earth and we have the largest population on earth so I am asking for your attention in football because from past 2-3 decades indian football just going backwards because of immense corruption & politics in AIFF..

Good thing is that this NDA gov has already done so much in sports that's why our expectations are much higher than ever before because in football Men's or Women's -we are stuck at loop of growth between low quality matches and competition where we can't grow so much that we can compete in World cup level teams.

Drastic Truth is that having so much population & Diaspora around the world we are not in Top 15-20 Teams even in Asian Contents forget the world..
Sir if you don't do anything now than Competing in football World Cup will be dream for next 50 years too..
As we know india started playing this sport in 1852 as "Calcutta Club of Civilian vs Gentleman of Barrackpore"and first club was "Calcutta FC" which established in 1872 so sir we are playing it more than 150+ years but we are not even in under 100 ranking team in the world so sir we have done so much wrong that after playing 150+ years yet we are 40 year behind in modern day football in terms of quality..

Sir, Corruption, Age frauds, Lack of facility,lack of Discipline,Ethics and Morality, Lack of Responsibility and Specially No Accountability are the problems related to AIFF and their administration Department...

So sir with due respect regarding skill, Game time, Competitiveness and growth , I have some suggestions sir,,
1. Make a policy or route which can facilitate OCI/PIO to play for India and this route should be within 6-12 month of period not 4 years sir and this move can make team stronger and bring people interest back when we start winning big games ..

2. Use diplomacy in Europian, South American countries to regularly compete in india at least league -1 club level matches in India every year because 1000's of clubs are their in Europe ,Africa and south america so elite level clubs of europian or South American or African can compete in ISL or league-1 as invites so we can atleast understand the competitiveness which were in Europe and south america or africa so our homegrown player can be developed and will be able to match the intensity,Skill and overall Quality

3. Since we have best of ties in the world so we can use it in a way that italy,Netherlands,Finland,France norway,Sweden, Denmark type of countries in Europe or Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Morocco, Algeria,Senegal type of Countries in Africa or Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Chili, Uruguay type of countries in South America will play friendly with india national team..like atleast 4-5 countries try to play 1-2 match each with india and next year some other 4-5 countries mark out and let them play in india ...
And in exchange we can provide them matches in different sports like cricket, Kabaddi, Hockey or else game where we are best in business so both countries can develop their team where they lack...

4. Sir one last suggestion is that please create a committee which can research and findout the root cause of not getting success in world's biggest games and gives you some scientific, Diplomatic and political solution to it because sir if India football can get bigger than we can also extract so much from this football World because it has the most money in the world.. but for that india has to shine in this..

If a team of PM sir is reading this Respected team officers please tell sir about this because no one is telling this ...
