@RealisticPoetry Ever heard of triptick? Before GPS, for interstate travel, AAA prepared custom map book for the route for paid members. Most of the times, I simply used road maps and a highlighter.
Now, youngsters can't even get from Point A to Point B within the city without GPS.
@RealisticPoetry Autumn's chill whispers through the trees,
Leaves leap and linger, a last light dance,
Each edge etched in ember, a fleeting glance,
Time's touch turns them to tales, terse and terse.
@RealisticPoetry The deepest dark is not the sea,ย
But choices made in agonyโย
To dwell in dreams, or rise and fight,ย
To choose the storm, or endless night.

One more video from David Lam Park, a public space, similar to the one set in "Beneath the Mahua Tree", where two strangers exchange furtive glances, igniting a quiet, tender ache in their hearts. #ProsePoetry
This is another video of David Lam Park in Vancouver's Yaletown. The lyrical prose is another piece of imagination, to be added to the work long in progress โ Beneath the Mahua Tree. https://t.co/nQ76y2A7I2
This is the iconic David Lam Park in Vancouver's Yaletown. People throng to this 12-acre park this time of the year for the breathtaking Cherry blossoms. Was there with family yesterday. This prose poetry is the work of imagination, to be added to a work long in progress. โ๐ผ
The powerful may sneer,
may dismiss his defiance,
but the seed is planted,
and in the hearts of the many,
it begins to grow,
a whisper of revolution
that one day will roar.

A VOICE IN THE STORM
In a room filled with shadows,
where power sits enthroned,
a man stands,
his voice a single flame
in the encroaching darkness.
