Bad deaths are often claimed to have happened despite the 'best palliative care' when in reality they could not access specialist palliative care.
In the UK over 300/day can't access the specialist palliative care they desperately need.
That is the priority, not #AssistedDying

2. Then propose a bill making better palliative care a right.
