Our Hon’ble National General Secretary Shri @abhishekaitc addressed the media today.
While @BJP4Bengal continues to indulge in vendetta politics, we will remain focused on what truly matters - serving the people and standing up for truth and justice.
We will not be intimidated. We will not be silenced. And we will not be cowered down.
Our resolve is stronger than ever!
.@BJP4Bengal is busy harassing our party workers and misusing the entire state administration for petty vendetta politics.
Where was this same prompt action when the city was ravaged by multiple fire incidents that claimed so many innocent lives?
Where was such proactiveness when 4,000 control units, 4,000 Ballot Units and 4,000 VVPATs mysteriously went up in flames, within a month of the polls?
Our National General Secretary Shri @abhishekaitc tells it exactly as it is!
A 7-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by five people in Puthimari, Dinhata. THIS IS BEYOND HORRIFYING!
The @BJP4Bengal government promised women’s safety & security before the polls. What happened to those promises after the illicit victory?
Women are increasingly being left unsafe - no one seems to be spared, not even little girls. A government that shields perpetrators instead of ensuring justice is failing its most basic duty.
Protect victims. Arrest the accused. Ensure justice.
No excuse can justify silence!

The misuse of police and politicisation of law and order in Bengal is deeply harmful to democracy.
This is not just about political parties. If the police can be arbitrarily used in this manner, NO CITIZEN IS SAFE.
FIRs are being registered but not uploaded online despite the Supreme Court’s direction that FIRs should be made available online.
The police must serve the law, not those in power.
Shame on the @BJP4Bengal administration!
The manner in which the police is being misused in Bengal by the @BJP4Bengal government is something India needs to wake up to.
When FIRs are not uploaded online, mandatory notices are allegedly not being served, and old cases are suddenly revived with FIRs being lodged immediately - this raises grave questions about due process and the rule of law.
This is not merely political vendetta.
It is an attack on constitutional safeguards and the right of the Opposition to function freely and constructively.
The arbitrary use of police against political opponents should concern every Indian.

An armed attack on our Camac Street office began at 4:30 AM today.
Phones were snatched. Property was vandalised. People were assaulted.
And for nearly TWO HOURS, @KolkataPolice did nothing despite repeated calls.
This is not “law and order”. This is what happens when @BJP4India’s politics of intimidation is allowed to run UNCHECKED.
The @BJP4Bengal government must answer: who gave these goons the confidence to attack? Who gave the police the licence to look away?
Every other day, the police show up at our Camac Street office, spend hours loitering around and recording every corner of the premises.
Today, where were they?
Who tipped off these miscreants? How did they know the layout of our office, down to every nook and corner?
VIOLENCE HAS BECOME A POLITICAL TOOL FOR @SuvenduWB.
But vendetta, intimidation and cheap politics cannot silence us.
The people will have the final word. Democracy will win.
Every act of terror WILL BE REMEMBERED.
Will the courts still remain silent?
Is this what Democracy looks like?
How far will you go with such acts of assault, violence and HOOLIGANISM?
How low will you stoop, @BJP4Bengal?
Complete collapse of law and order in Bengal!
Within a month, 2 offices of our Hon’ble National General Secretary Shri @abhishekaitc, have been vandalised by thugs sheltered by @BJP4India.
First in Diamond Harbour, Amtala.
Now, right in the heart of Kolkata, at Camac Street.
What’s happening in #Bengal is deeply disturbing and puts democracy to shame.
Is this how the Opposition is treated in the world’s largest democracy? Is this really normal in a democracy?
When dissent is suppressed and the Opposition is treated this way, we must ask: where is democracy headed?
Where’s justice? Why are the courts silent? When will @KolkataPolice stop acting like puppets of @BJP4Bengal?
3-months-old.
RAPED BY NEIGHBOUR IN @BJP4India RULED UTTAR PRADESH.
How long will the government remain silent and allow such horrific crimes to continue?
When even innocent babies are not safe, what does that say about the safety of women & girls across our country? This cannot be normalised.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
GOONDA RAJ IN BENGAL!
The dastardly attacks on our offices prove yet again that the entire @BJP4Bengal administration is shielding the thugs who vandalise and destroy with impunity - because they know the State will protect them.
From Jadavpur to Camac Street, these acts of political violence are carried out under the cover of darkness, with perpetrators hiding behind masks and helmets.
Who emboldens them? Who protects them? Who gives them the confidence to operate with such impunity?
Where is this State headed?
Where is LAW & ORDER?
Where is JUSTICE?
Hear from our Hon'ble MLA Shri @KunalGhoshAgain 👇🏼
Goons entered our Camac Street office in the heart of Kolkata and went on a rampage - looting TVs, laptops and other equipment, vandalising the premises and terrorising our people.
And the biggest question remains: HOW DID THIS HAPPEN UNDER THE WATCH OF KOLKATA POLICE?
How can armed miscreants enter, loot and destroy property for hours in the heart of the city with the police nowhere to be seen?
Shri Arka Kumar Nag strongly condemned this brazen attack, exposing how the @BJP4Bengal government is using the police and administration to intimidate and silence the Opposition.
This is not law and order. This is STATE-ENABLED HOOLIGANISM.
Democracy is under attack in #Bengal.
The lawlessness in #Bengal is utterly disgraceful. But the real question is: who will be held accountable?
If this is what governance looks like under the so-called “Double Engine Sarkar” it is becoming increasingly clear that accountability is missing from the @BJP4Bengal's dictionary - in Bengal or in any @BJP4India-ruled state.
When those in power face no consequences, impunity thrives, the rule of law suffers, and citizens are left to pay the price.
Senior journalist @abhisar_sharma poses serious questions to Bengal government in connection with the shocking attack on the Camac Street office of our National General Secretary, Shri @abhishekaitc.
The rot in BJP’s model of governance has reached the point where, instead of tackling rising dengue cases, @BJP4Bengal’s Health Minister wants to police what girls wear!
Can’t manage dengue across the state? Force girls to stop wearing skirts and switch to salwar kameez for three months.
This isn’t public health policy.
IT IS MISOGYNY DRESSED UP AS GOVERNANCE.
Why should already-burdened parents bear the cost of this three-month “experiment” and buy extra clothes that may not even fit their children next year?
If dengue is the concern, make schools safer. Eliminate stagnant water. Improve sanitation and mosquito control. Protect the children across our state.
A Health Minister should prevent disease, not control outfits. This regressive, patriarchal mindset belongs in the past - not in public health policy in 2026.
Stop policing girls and little kids.
Start fixing dengue, @drsharadwat!
So now, according to the @BJP4Bengal government, Maa Durga has 11 hands?
From their leaders to the Chief Minister, this repeated mishandling of Maa Durga and Bengal’s cultural traditions is deeply insulting!
Durga Puja is not just a festival, it is an emotion and the very heartbeat of Bengal. Maa’s homecoming is sacred to millions of Bengalis. Yet a government that claims to speak for Bengal seems increasingly disconnected from Bengali culture, traditions and the festivals that define Bengal’s identity.
Since when does Maa Durga have 11 hands? And who thought it was acceptable to represent her this way?
Why is the BJP so alien to Bengali culture that, under the Chief Minister’s watch, the government finds it acceptable to misrepresent and trivialise Maa Durga?
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
.@BJP4Bengal MLA Rekha Patra ASSAULTS POLICE PERSONNEL IN BROAD DAYLIGHT!
What exactly is left of the rule of law here in Bengal? Does BJP permit their elected representatives to behave however they please?
Power is not a licence to assault, intimidate or obstruct!

Three days after illegally taking down our signboard, the BJP government has suddenly discovered an extraordinary devotion to fire safety. Today, the State Fire Department was dispatched to our party office for a fire audit, with the predictable godi media circus in tow.
Touching concern, indeed.
If only this enthusiasm had surfaced when 4,000 Control Units, 4,000 Ballot Units and 4,000 VVPATs mysteriously went up in flames within a month of the polls.
No urgency then. No spectacle then. Apparently, democracy can burn without an audit but an Opposition party office cannot escape one.
Perhaps the fire audit was simply conducted at the wrong address. Had this remarkable vigilance reached the government office in Alipore in time, the EVMs might have survived.
And perhaps a few masks would have burnt instead.
What happened at Camac Street this morning is a disgraceful assault on the rule of law.
At around 4.30 am, BJP hooligans, armed with weapons, stormed our party office in the heart of Kolkata. They attacked our people, snatched their phones, smashed furniture, ransacked the premises and destroyed electronic equipment.
And where was Kolkata Police?
For nearly TWO HOURS, despite repeated calls and emails from our people and lawyers, there was no response.
This is outrageous and unacceptable.
We demand the immediate arrest of every person involved in this attack. We also demand an investigation into who planned, organised and directed this violence, and why the police failed to act despite being repeatedly informed.
No political party and no group of armed hooligans can be above the law.
If people can storm a political party office with weapons at 4.30 in the morning, assault people and vandalise property while the police remain absent, then what exactly is left of the rule of law in West Bengal?
Enough is enough. Arrest the perpetrators. Fix accountability. Act now.
