Quick Paneer Dosa Recipe
Filling:
Sauté 1 chopped onion, 1 chili, and 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste. Add 1 chopped tomato and spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, salt). Mix in 200g crumbled paneer and fresh coriander.
Dosa:
Spread a ladle of dosa batter on a hot, greased pan.
Drizzle butter/oil and cook until crispy.
Spoon the paneer mixture into the center, fold, and serve hot with chutney.
