June 13, 2025 The Giants were 12 games over .500 and tied for 1st Place with the Bums.
Two days later the Giants acquire Rafael Devers with a record of 41-31.

Since then the SFG have gone 54-73.

Trade Devers, Adames , Chapman and Webb. None of them are helping the team actually win.

Why keep assets that are depreciating & hurting your bottom line. Do whatever it takes & I don’t care if you have to pay half of the salaries of the so called “Big 3”. I like to refer to them as the “Unholy Trinity”.

The Giants will save $ by rebuilding and paying younger more athletic kids in Non ARB years even if they’re paying 50% of The Big 3’s salaries.

I love that Pavs is not taking the company line and calling it like it is. The Giants are 17 games under .500 since Devers played his first game last June. They were 10 games over .500 at 41-31 when he played his first game. This is not working. They’re 53-70 with Devers.

If Devers is going to play he should be at DH. Stop pandering to malcontents and play the best players in the field. He’s slow & out of shape and Casey Schmitt has way more athleticism and this ball would’ve been caught by Schmitt and saved a run and maybe more in a 3 run 5th.

This was a leadoff double which should’ve been an out and Roupp probably doesn’t give up more runs.
