Train 15049 Purvanchal Express was scheduled to depart Kolkata at 2:35 PM and reach Gorakhpur around 9:25 AM the next morning. That was the schedule shown while booking my ticket.

@RailwaySeva train number 15049 purvanchal is delayed and as passenger we are suffering bcoz of your railway decision. The train path is diverted and this information was not shared ahead of boarding. Extremely disappointed with the delay in my train journey.

Train no. 12556 Gorakhdham Superfast Express is running excessively late. Scheduled arrival at Gorakhpur was 10:00AM but now it's showing at 12:30PM.
This delay is causing inconvenience to passengers.
