@amazon / @AmazonUK Do your complaint teams have timescales? I’ve had an unresolved complaint for over a month now which was sent to 6 mailboxes i found for both .com and .co.uk. For the biggest company in the world, your customer service is appalling and the worst I’ve seen.

@AmazonHelp Yeah obviously I have...to the 5 chase emails I’ve received. In true Amazon form though, I had no response. If you can provide me complaint mailboxes to send everything to again, that would be great (preferably mailboxes with a service level agreement and who will respond)

@AmazonHelp Various service reasons but the main being my account was cloned (mobile num was left on so I got updates), card details used for a fraudulent payment of £500/$600, then an additional payment (not from my card), got refund by my bank now amazon asking me to pay up with auto email

Hey @ScSSofas - thanks for your great customer service sending the carpet sample I ordered 2 weeks ago (NOT!) Maybe you should stock them in store and you’d get a quicker sale.
