See ya next season @Vasas_FC

BVSC stay up thanks to a goalless draw with Honvéd as Pecs fail to beat Szeged.

Pécs relegated to NBIII

[NB2 Hungary @HungaryNb2]

@cultzeros @Vasas_FC Sajnos igen

[Cult Zeros @cultzeros]

The stubborn landlord in my local is sticking with the climax of the Championship promotion play-off, rather than switching over for the last day of the Hungarian second division! @HungaryNb2 @Vasas_FC

[NB2 Hungary @HungaryNb2]

Who goes down?

BVSC or Pecs?

[NB2 Hungary @HungaryNb2]

Who goes up?

Győr or Vasas?

[NB2 Hungary @HungaryNb2]

Final weekend of the season and there is still promotion and relegation places to be confirmed.

Győr, Vasas, BVSC, and Pecs all their NBII futures on the line today.

[Gaby @DjGabyG]

We absolutely agree with this @HungaryNb2

Magnificent. Not enough to concede, the keeper went all in, literally.

[NB2 Hungary @HungaryNb2]

Huge congratulations and farewell to Nyíregyháza who are our 23/24 Champions! Do us proud and try not to come back too soon 👌👋🏆

[NB2 Hungary @HungaryNb2]

I mean, the guy is good but he's no Adám Balajti.

Meglepte az ETO kirúgott edzőjét, hogy feljutó helyen köszöntek el tőle: "A riválisoknak ez nyilván szúrta a szemét, ezért kritizáltak" - interjú #eto #munoz

I had the honour to join @amyjcanavan and @thomasduncan94 on today's Scottish Football Podcast to give the down-lo on Hungary 🇭🇺 ahead of this summers Euro's.

There's more than just Szoboszlai to worry about.

No biggy, just Hungarian legend Zoltán Gera in charge of Vasas now.

First order of business: bring back Balajti.

Great to see our very own Szpari getting some much merited attention by @SweeperPod.

Does NBI beckon for the ladz?

[The Sweeper @SweeperPod]

🇭🇺💫 Hungary arguably has the most unlikely league leaders in Europe at the moment.

NB I: Paks, who have never been champions before & have a strict Hungarian player-only policy

NB II: Nyíregyháza, who finished third-bottom last season & only beat relegation in the play-offs

[NB2 Hungary @HungaryNb2]

@laszlo_sule Less of a chance now they have let Adam Balajti leave on a free.

But yes, second place is still a possibility.
