@AskLyft @lyft We rode in a Lyft last week where the driver randomly accused of spilling water all over the back seat during the ride. This was a completely baseless accusation, and the photo shared wasn’t even her car. The support team isn’t helping fix the issue at all. Wth!

@rpomumbai My wife's GEP application says "PVR for US4GEXXXXXXXXXX-PPF-PCC is Approved and Submitted as Adverse by Police". When I contacted the PS to get this resolved they asked me to contact the RPO. I have been trying the phone number listed. How do I find and fix this issue

@BvueTrans @bellevuewa the pedestrian crosswalk light doesn’t work for the 4th street 405 off ramp crossing (the on ramp side is fine, used it on the way back). I hit the button and waited close to 10 mins and it just didn’t work.. please fix!

@CGISFO I had applied for my GEP application in August 2023 and I still see it as under process.. How long does it take? Can I check where it's stuck? I already confirmed that police verification step completed successfully in September 2023.. Don't know why it's still stuck...?

@rpohyderabad I had applied for Global Entry Program in August 2023 and have since been waiting for an approval. Is there a way I can know the status of my application? Police verification was completed in August itself without any issues.
