@JagexAsh Dear Mod Ash, not a troll/joke; I have just been hacked and lost a RS3 Blue + White Phat, as well as, x4 santa hats. I have a full document about other OSRS items lost (approx 207m). I have no idea who to talk to or go to, but honestly this is devastating. Any advice?

@JagexSupport Also as further information, I have attempted to recover my account, first appeal failed and the second is pending. My Cell# is in the message. They have changed the email, so I am struggling. I can provide all payment details for decades back also. "HunnayScene"
