VICTORY! Opponents of our organization have been trying for three years to sue us "to death" with a frivolous lawsuit.

All of TYRF's claims, including that they own the rights to our name, were thrown out with prejudice by the Court of Appeals.

Our first step is coming up with modifications to the RPT platform, preparing resolutions to bring to the upcoming Republican conventions, and partnering with YRs in neighboring counties to bring these resolutions to the state level.
