@AboutNodKrai If they're willing to abandon the trope of only limiting Chronicled Wishes to characters of a particular region then why not just give the older characters for free? Are they perhaps going that route since they have not release a new standard banner character?

@Timely_Lohen If I get Nicole within 90 pulls then I'd use 90 pulls to try and get him in my main account and if within those 90 pulls he doesn't come home then I'll just pull for him in my main account (yes even beyond 90 pulls, the guaranteed route).
