Literally had one of the worst experiences at @Nordstrom at Somerset Mall in Troy, MI. trying to return an UNUSED stroller, car seat, bassinet system, an associate lied regarding Nordstrom Return Policy. Only to watch a cust return WORN Valentino shoes by the same manager
